Austin in less than 24 hours

The purpose of our trip. Yes, we were the two dorks in the front, BOTH taking pictures of our cousin.

Might be getting too old for this but we did SXSW in less than 24 hours this weekend.
Arrived in Austin at noon, back in Dallas at 3am Saturday morning, and back at the shop
to open by 10am. Totally worth it.

Not only did we get to see our cousin's band play on a rooftop bar (perfect way to end the
night), we finally got to meet the super cool and hospitable dudes of Public School in person
(talked about their upcoming show in our shop!), and checked out some genius posters
makers at Flatstock. This was definitely a highlight - so nice to match some faces with the
posters that we've been carrying and find some new goodies to bring back to our shop.

Such a great day. (more pics on our facebook album!)

After circling for an hour, twice. This didn't seem like a bad deal.

You might recognize the top right "You believe in Magic screen print"  that was in our shop from Hero and Sound.

LOVED bumping into one of our favorite Dallas friends, Alex, sharing our poster love!

Hands down fav poster of Flatstock - from Tad Carpenter. Who you might recognize from our shop.

This boob one was a very a close favorite, too. Definitely ordering these from Methane Studio.

Super clever bikes series print from Methane.

Must stop at this amazing shop every time we're in Austin. LOVING their sign.

Public School!!!! Can't wait to April when they come up for their gallery opening! Thanks for inviting us to your party!

Mmmm. Reminded us of Jully. Thanks for working so we could go to Austin Jully!

The National Reserve (and our badass cousin Jonny) from Brooklyn, New York. Listen to them.
