A gaiwan is a beautiful little tea tool meant to brew your leaves while letting them fully unfurl — unlike when they’re trapped in a sachet or strainer. In gongfu cha, that slow opening reveals the je ne sais quoi that makes each tea shine. The first time Hu used a gaiwan, she thought, wow, what if I were tea leaves soaking in a warm bath? It sounded so peaceful that she held onto that image ever since.
Now that vision lives here: a dreamy little green tea girlfriend lounging in her own cozy brew. She’s calm, steeping, and entirely at ease — a perfect print for kitchens, bathrooms, or anywhere you want a touch of serenity and soft humor.
