A Daily Yamazaki konbini, stacked up into a bright yellow tower. The upper floors take the shape of a 200 mL banana milk carton with a big sun logo, while the street level is all shop: fresh-baked bread signs, packed shelves behind the windows and a blue hatchback with a rear wing parked at the curb.
Moss creeps over the ledges, tiny figures peek out from the rooftop and air conditioners hum along the walls. It captures the feeling of a late-night snack run in Japan, when the corner store is the brightest thing on the block.
