Dia del Tex Linocut Print | Jack Russell (TX)

Big Tex dressed for Día de los Muertos: sugar-skull face, star-studded hat, pearl-snap shirt and a corny dog with a stripe of mustard in hand, flames rising behind him. Jack Russell mixes two great Texas traditions — the State Fair and the Day of the Dead — into one grinning calavera.

Bold black-and-white carving with plenty of folk-art detail. A natural for an ofrenda, a fall gallery wall, or anyone who loves both Fair Park and Oak Cliff.
