El Taquero Linocut Print | Jack Russell (TX)

“¡Buen provecho!” A grinning calavera in a wide sombrero races a taco truck down the road in a cloud of dust, sunrays bursting behind him. It is a love letter to the taco trucks that feed Texas at every hour.

Jack Russell eats a lot of tacos, and it shows. A natural for the kitchen, the food truck fanatic or anyone who measures a neighborhood by its al pastor.
