Frog + Toad + Cat Art Print | Heidi Moreno (CA)

Two old friends in scarves and striped trousers stop on their walk to say hello to an orange tabby, who leans into the attention with its eyes shut. The whole scene sits on a warm cream ground, so the greens of Frog and Toad and the ginger of the cat carry all the color. It is a small, kind moment, the kind that makes a walk worth taking.

Heidi paints her originals by hand, mostly in gouache and watercolor, and this giclée print reproduces the piece on fine art paper so the brushwork and layered color come through.
