A tall green bottle of Jarritos grapefruit soda, rebuilt as a neighborhood taqueria. The label becomes the shop sign, a yellow TACOS banner hangs off the neck, and a striped awning shades the counter where the menu lists the day's tacos. String lights run from the awning to the street, and a little bear waits on a bench out front for his order.
Sushiboiiiyy builds tiny, overgrown storefronts out of the snacks and drinks we all grew up with. This one lands close to home in Dallas, where a cold Jarritos and a plate of street tacos is its own kind of ritual.
