King Linocut Print | Jack Russell (TX)

“The time is always ripe to do right.” Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. stands on the motel balcony outside room 306 with two fingers raised, a halo behind him and a sign that reads “Dream!” The quote is his own, from a 1964 speech at Oberlin College.

A reverent portrait from an artist better known for his jokes, and a reminder of what is worth carving. For classrooms, offices and homes that want something meaningful on the wall.
