Gongfu tea, or "kung fu tea," means brewing with skill: a small pot, plenty of leaves and lots of short steeps, each one a little different from the last. This set is made for one person doing exactly that. The 6 oz pot has a strainer built into the spout, and the cup flips over and stacks on top, so the whole thing packs down small.
Look inside the cup and two koi are swimming at the bottom, one red and white, one black and white. In Chinese legend, a koi that swims all the way up the waterfall at the Dragon Gate turns into a dragon. They show up best under a pale green tea.
