The box says 野点, nodate: the outdoor tea ceremony, when a tea gathering moves outside under the cherry blossoms or the fall leaves and everything has to travel. This is the kit for it. A bamboo chasen sits on its black ceramic stand so it dries in shape, with a bamboo chashaku scoop alongside, all in a slim window box.
Add a bowl and some matcha, and you're set indoors or out.
