Pizza Letterpress Print | Archie's Press (NY)

A circular guide to pizza styles, with Pizza at the center and the styles wrapped around the outer ring: Neapolitan, New York Style, New Haven, Deep Dish, Detroit Style, St. Louis, Sicilian, Calzone and Rhode Island Strip Pizza, along with Grilled, Frozen and the chains (Domino's, Pizza Hut and California Pizza Kitchen). Moving inward, each slice describes the crust and how it is baked, names the city it comes from, and adds a short bit of history.

It is the kind of chart that starts arguments in the best way, and it belongs in a kitchen, a dining room or the apartment of anyone with strong opinions about crust. Archie Archambault started drawing circular maps as a way to get un-lost, beginning with Portland; this one is for getting un-lost on the way to dinner.
