Hyphen Blend is an AA1-grade matcha from Uji with a balanced profile of grassy, vegetal notes. Hikari Blend comes from Nishio and leans softer, with notes of tofu, sweet peas, and gentle florals. Kaizen Blend comes from Uji and is handpicked by a 10th-generation master, with an ultra-rich profile described through sweet basil and peony.
