Yamazakura Long Coaster | SALIU (Japan)

A longer version of SALIU's mountain cherry coaster, cut from timber grown in Tsukechi in Gifu Prefecture, a town long known for its fine wood and for supplying sacred timber to the Ise Grand Shrine.

Finished with a light urethane coat for everyday use, it has room for a teacup and a small sweet side by side, and keeps the warm grain of the cherry front and center.
